convenient location helpful staff no air conditioning tired bathroom
the location was very convenient to the rialto water taxi and easy to find. it was also very close to st mark's square. lots of wonderful shopping and restaurant choices were all around. the staff was very friendly and helpful.
There was no air conditioning even though it was advertised as with ac. the room was very warm and made it difficult to sleep. The bathroom was tired, and the shower needed replacing.

The staff were friendly and polite! the breakfast had a good selection of items. It included a really GOOD menu. the hotel was clean, a PLUS.
The hotel had many steps. There was no lift.

lovely stay near san marco
ample space easy access
we had a wonderful double room which felt quite romantic. it offered ample space for our belongings. the location felt amazing! access to sea buses and the airport sea bus was very convenient.
The stairs were narrow without a lift. This was not easy for carrying luggage.

helpful staff kind attitude welcome drink small room narrow stairs few gondolas
The staff was helpful from the beginning. They had a kind attitude. A welcome drink and a few appetizers were offered, I liked that. I left my luggage at the reception.
My room was quite small. The stairs were narrow with no elevator. It was not easy for me as I am not so young. I also noticed that gondolas passed in a narrow canal outside my window, though not as many as I expected.

fantastic stay near rialto!
friendly staff easy reach rooftop access short walk
I found the staff so friendly. Nothing seemed too much trouble! the location was super, placing me within easy reach of many sights. the hotel is also near rialto stop, a short walk from the airport. the rooftop access was a nice perk.
The stairs were a bit narrow and there wasn't an elevator. This might be hard for some people

the room was very very comfy and tidy. it even featured a lovely view from the window. a usb wall charger was available. i also had a nice view over the canal and heard people sing.
